Ginger Pig

When it comes to high-quality meat, it has to be done right. Ginger Pig goes above and beyond. Their livestock is well looked after in the field, and that translates to great tastes on the plate.

All beef is dry-aged in-house to a minimum of 28 days. Sausages and burgers are hand crafted by Ginger Pig’s butchery team, who are in control of the entire process – from mincing and mixing to curing and cold-smoking. Ginger Pig’s famous sausage rolls are also a key product; they even have their own cult following. Not bad for a meal that started as a way of putting unsold meat to good use!
